Delicious Banana Bars in 5 Ingredients or Less

INGREDIENTS
 2 large ripe bananas

4 tbs peanut butter

1.5 cups rolled oats

1/2 cup mix of raw pepitas, seeds, flax, etc

1/2 cup dry-roasted peanuts

METHOD
Preheat oven to 350°F. In a medium bowl, mash the bananas very well with a fork; they should be practically liquid when you're through. Thoroughly mix peanut butter and bananas, then incorporate all the dry ingredients.

Pack the mixture into a lightly greased baking dish (I use a 8.5 x 11.5 glass Pyrex) and bake until crispy on top (30–40 mins). Allow to cool before slicing.
*Makes eight 2" squares.

100g (3 1/3oz) strawberries, sliced
